Back to School M&M Energy Bites

Back to school is almost as exhausting as summer break is. Clothes shopping, hair cuts, school supplies, all the wants needs and demands of four little girls. I need some quick energy in my life. Here is a great recipe for easy M&M Energy Bites for both mom, dad, and the kids that will give you some quick energy to get your day going.

You probably have all the ingredients in your cupboard now for this delicious snack.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup M&Ms
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
Once chilled, roll into balls.
Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Makes about 20-25 balls.
